The clients brief was to upgrade their kitchen space into a practical, inviting, and aesthetically pleasing area for cooking, dining, and socialising. The chosen indigo blue shaker-style cabinetry, complemented by high-quality fixtures and fittings, aligned with the client’s vision for a sophisticated yet warm kitchen.
The core design element of this kitchen is the bold indigo blue shaker-style cabinetry. The rich, deep blue hue provides a modern twist on classic shaker cabinetry, giving the kitchen a refined, luxurious appearance. The cabinetry layout maximises storage while maintaining a clean and organised appearance, with lower cabinets providing accessible storage for daily essentials.
The work surfaces are crafted from Cliveden Quartz, known for its durability, elegance, and ease of maintenance. The quartz worktops extend throughout the main cooking and preparation areas, offering a generous amount of space that is both practical and visually appealing.
Positioned under a large window, the sink area enjoys ample natural light, enhancing the usability and aesthetic appeal of the workstation. The Blanco Supra sink unit, paired with a Blanco tap, provides a high-quality, functional, and stylish addition to the kitchen. The sink’s stainless steel finish complements the metallic hardware on the cabinets, tying together various elements within the space.
